Our lead programme architect, Tammy Day, has more than 20 years' experience in people change, talent strategy and leadership development. Her expertise spans strategy development, OD, leadership development, strategic HR practice, employee engagement as well as external communication. She brings these disciplines together in an unusual way to break down traditional organisational silos and get business results. Over the last 10 years she's received industry recognition for many of the leadership, talent and transformation programmes where she has been commissioned as the lead programme designer.
