Codie is the Founder of Bespoke Growth Solutions and an International Coaching Federation coach.

With over 13 years of transformation leadership expertise gained in industry, blue-chip, and scale-up consultancy firms,  award-winning founder, Codie James, launched Bespoke Growth Solutions to help organisations and individuals accomplish more.

With her thought leadership featured in The Times, The Grocer, and Management Today, Codie is known for bringing fresh thinking and value at pace by blending her skills to think like a consultant and deliver like a practitioner.

With vast experience in corporate strategy design and leading large-scale national transformation programmes to building franchise models, preparing scale-up firms for rapid growth, designing human-centric change initiatives and 1:1 coaching, Codie is an expert in landing organisational and personal change that sticks.

As a qualified in-house change practitioner and ICF-accredited coach, Codie brings a human touch to each programme. Recognising that it feels personal for everyone involved, she equips organisations and individuals with the tools to lead and implement sustainable change, and to inspire those around them.
