About Tammy 

Tammy is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and PCC International Coaching Federation (ICF) coach.

I work with Business Leaders, Chief People Officers, HR Directors, and Leadership or Talent Teams, to create the leaders you need to deliver your business plan, and to support leaders to be their very best. "Great leadership doesn't happen by accident. It happens by design."

I have 20+ years International, board level consulting experience with some of the world's leading brands. I'm also an ICF accredited Executive coach. My expertise is suited to business transformation through people - spanning strategy development, organisational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement as well as external communication. I bring these disciplines together in an unusual way to break down traditional organisational silos and get business results. I’ve facilitated at Board level for over 20 years, and act as the Executive Coach for many well known business leaders. I have a specialism in leadership and talent development, and I've designed and delivered well-known global programmes for the world's leading brands. 

As an Executive coach I work 1:1 with individuals, and have particular specialisms in career, transition and burnout prevention coaching. I'm a PCC accredited International Coaching Federation (ICF) Executive coach. I also hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching.  Part of this included a 3-year research project around confidence and the imposter phenomenon, which is also a focus of my coaching.

As a Managing Director myself, I’m proud to have taken my first company to the National Business Awards as an ‘Employer of the Year’ finalist. We were also one of the first organisations in the UK to receive the Platinum Investors In People status, putting us in the top 1% in the UK. As well as many other awards along the way, I led the business, including sales, marketing, IT and finance, to deliver year-on-year growth and profitability over a decade.

I'm a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and qualified to Masters level in Leadership Development, as well as accredited by the British Psychological Society to administer both ability and personality testing. I'm also a highly experienced psychometric practitioner, career and Executive coach, and qualified mental health first aider. I hold accreditations in a number of well-known tools including Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0, EQi 360, EIP3, EIP3 360), the HOGAN Leadership Suite, MBTI, Team Effectiveness (various), Leadership Climate Indicator, DISC, 15FQ+, STRONG, Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI), Motivational Maps and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Inventory.
