They met whilst training as Executive Coaches, and have subsequently collaborated on the design and delivery of business and commercially focused leadership programmes.

What is the business need?

Does your organisation need to accelerate key leadership talent, without the time or resources to design and run your own programme? And, would you prefer your leaders to experience world-class leadership development, networking with leaders from other organisations?

What does it do?

The Leadership Launch Pad is a 12 week rapid-maturation and accelerator programme that delivers future business leaders that are more ready for future roles and challenges. It blends vertical and horizontal development to ensure future leaders are equipped with a 'full deck of cards'.

Who is the programme for?

Up to 16 talented individuals who have 5 or more years' work experience, and who are in first or second leadership roles. The programme is designed for for individuals needing deeper foundations and a broader skillset and toolset to accelerate their leadership career.

What is the timeline?

The next cohort begins in January 2025 and runs for 12 weeks until early April. We are onboarding participants from October 2024 via a waiting list. The total time commitment is 19.5 hours in live virtual learning and group work, spread over 3 months. Plus around 6 hours of self-paced personal reflection, pre reading and completion of pre work.

Location considerations?

The programme runs virtually using a blend of group live virtual learning and facilitation, peer group and 1:1 coaching. There is an option for the final event to be held in person, depending on the preference of the cohort. All sessions will be led from the UK in GMT, in English.  The programme is suitable for International participants.

How will it work?

The programme overview is shown below.  All dates will be provided on joining the waiting list. This is a high-touch programme offering personalised support and pastoral care on a 1:1 basis throughout the 12 weeks. In person, and live virtual delivery are supported by an online portal containing access to slides, materials and additional resources.

This is a rare opportunity to join an open leadership programme, with the benefits of additional networking opportunities with leaders from other organisations. We will place strong emphasis on peer coaching and sharing of best practice.

The Leadership Launch Pad is designed for high-potential individuals who are motivated to progress into leadership roles.  It's ideal for those who have more than 5 years of work experience, who are accountable for a significant remit or management of people, who have been identified as top talent, and who have a strong commitment to growth and progression. Participants will come from a cross-section of industries and organisations.

Codie James helps ambitious organisations and individuals to unlock their full potential. Following a successful in-house and consultancy career in senior leadership roles, she now helps others to develop through outcome-focused transformation and high-performance coaching.
